I have had the opportunity to work with Rudy in a reciprocal relationship - as his business coach, and as his PT client.  His commitment, enthusiasm and skill as a personal trainer is as inspiring as it is effective for his clients.  He has unique training, knowledge and experience that enables him to successfully train clients of all ages, including those with physical limitations and injuries, to reach and sustain their fitness goals.  My global client base keeps me traveling and working with trainers all over the world.  I am always pleased to return to the East Coast and have the chance to work with Rudy again and I highly recommend him to anyone considering PT!
